How do I change my payment info?

You can update the payment method on file in three easy steps: Log in > My Account > Change Payment Info.

Please keep your payment information up to date to prevent your account being suspended if a payment is declined due to a card being cancelled or expired.
  1. Go to www.mycityscene.com
  2. Click on the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  3. Once signed in, click on the green My Account button in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. In the My Account screen, click on the red “$ Change payment info” button. 
  5. Enter the new payment information and click “Update”



NOTE: If your paid account is downgraded due to lack of payment, you can still use our embedded calendars for free and added an infinite number of events to our system. However, events using Pro features like images and recurring dates will be permanently deleted from our servers as per our Terms of Service.
